Return Policy
Maine Supply Co., Inc. will accept
returns on most products in NEW condition. Credits will be applied, minus
original shipping and handling fees, return shipping, and a restocking fee.
Defective products will be replaced at no charge.
All exchanged and returned merchandise must be in original factory condition,
including all packaging materials.
Please pack the products into their original box with plenty of packing
material and mark with the return authorization provided to you from our
customer service representative. Make sure to ship your product back insured
and with tracking.
We are not responsible if your package is lost or damaged in transit.
Please allow approximately 5 business days for your return to be processed once
it has arrived at our warehouse.
NO GOODS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION OR AN RMA NUMBER
Candle Lamps -
Returns will be accepted within 30 Days in original condition and packaging.
There will be a 30% restocking fee, plus shipping and handling.
Cookware - Returns
will be accepted within 30 Days in original un-used condition and packaging.
There will be a 30% restocking fee, plus shipping and handling.
Cooper Cookware -
Returns will be accepted within 15 Days in original condition and packaging.
There will be a 30% restocking fee, plus shipping and handling. No overseas
returns will be accepted. All returns must be delivered within 7 days after the
RMA# is issued.
Flatware-
Flatware–Mepra -
Returns will be accepted within 30 Days in original condition and packaging.
There will be a 30% restocking fee, plus shipping and handling.
Flatware–Reed &
Barton (Stainless Steel & Silver plate) - Returns will be accepted within
30 Days in original condition and packaging. There will be a 30% restocking
fee, plus shipping and handling.
Flatware–Walco -
Returns will be accepted within 30 Days in original condition and packaging.
There will be a 30% restocking fee, plus shipping and handling.
Flatware-Winco –
Defective Items or Shortages must be reported within 5 days of the receipt of
product. Returns will be accepted within 30 Days in original condition and
packaging. There will be a 30% restocking fee, plus shipping and handling. Used
items will not be credited.
Fly Traps - Returns
will be accepted within 30 Days in original condition and packaging. There will
be a 30% restocking fee, plus shipping and handling.
Napkins &
Tablecloths –Defective items or shortages must be reported within 7 days of the
receipt of product. Returns may be accepted within 30 Days in original condition
and packaging. Some of our factories do not accept returns. There will be a 50%
restocking fee, plus shipping and handling. No returns accepted on Round or
Rectangular Banquet or "Special" order tablecloths & napkins.
Laminated & Vinyl
Tablecloths – Defective items or shortages must be reported within 5 days of
receipt of product. Laminated and Vinyl Tablecloths are made to order and are
NOT returnable unless found to be defective.
Restaurant Chairs –
Defective, damaged, or shorted items must be reported within 5 days of the
receipt of the product. No returns will be accepted unless found to be
defective.
Table Skirting -
Defective, damaged, or shorted items must be reported within 7 days of the
receipt of the product. Returns may be accepted within 14 days. A restocking
fee up to 35%, plus shipping & handling may be applied. No custom products
are returnable.
Monthly Specials -
Returns will be accepted within 15 Days in original condition and packaging.
There will be a 30% restocking fee, plus shipping and handling.
